pantry protein

A New Ingredient For Everyday Meals.

Pantry Protein is 100% Natural.

It Contains Just 3 Ingredients.

Made from protein-dense broad beans (fava beans), and yellow peas. Their protein is extracted through milling, adding water, drying, and turning into granules. Pantry Protein has as much protein in every granule as one fully-cooked bean.

Stretches Protein Further.

Without Buying Double the Meat.

Make more lasagna, tacos, burgers, and more from the same amount of meat. Pantry Protein stretches meat further without adding fillers, changing texture or taste.

It's a New Ingredient.

Try It In Dozens Of Your Own Recipes.

Use Pantry Protein in muffins, cookies, pancakes, soups, stews, chili, lasagna, burgers, tacos, casseroles, cakes, falafel, sausages, risotto, fried rice, stuffed peppers, jambalaya, burrito bowls, and more. Sweet or savory, it absorbs flavor and integrates naturally into the dishes you already love.

What Does It Taste Like?

Pantry Protein has no taste of its own.

Instead of adding flavor, it absorbs whatever you cook it with. That’s what allows it to work across a wide range of meals and desserts.

How Do You Cook With It?

Pantry Protein granules triple in size once you hydrate them.

Rather than adding their own flavor or texture, the grains absorb liquid and take on the characteristics of whatever they’re cooked with. This is what allows them to behave however you want across different dishes.

You can hydrate Pantry Protein using:

  • Water: In soups and stews it blends right into the broth
  • Broth: In ground meat dishes, it integrates directly with the mix.
  • In dishes like risotto or stir fries it absorbs broths, wines, and other cooking liquids.
  • Milk: Use it for baking muffins, cookies, pancakes and other snacks with extra protein.

In Soups, Stews, and Similar Recipes

Simply add the dry protein grains directly into the liquid while cooking. They will hydrate as the dish simmers and blend into the meal.

Mixing With Ground Meat

When using Pantry Protein with ground beef, chicken, turkey, pork, etc. the grains should be hydrated separately first, then mixed into the meat.

  • If you're using 2 cups of ground beef, start with about ¾ cup of dry Pantry Protein
  • Hydrate the granules first using water, beef broth, or bone broth
  • Once hydrated, mix into the ground beef
  • You’ll end up with just over 4 cups of protein-rich mix

This allows you to stretch meat further for dishes like burgers, tacos, or lasagna without changing the flavor or texture of the final meal, but you’ve double the portion-size without doubling the beef, turkey, or chicken.

In Baked Goods & Snacks

Hydrate the granules with milk or water, and mix into batters, doughs, and mixes for cupcakes, muffins, cookies, and more. Increase the protein levels of every baked snack.

As A Main Ingredient

If you want Pantry Protein to feature as it’s own ingredient, for example in a risotto, you can use the dried grains as the base of the dish. The grains absorb broths, wines, and other liquids just like traditional grains like rice.

Or maybe you want to replace rice entirely with a more protein-rich option? Just hydrate the grains, lightly drizzle some oil over the top, and cook at 350 for 30 mins and replace rice with Pantry Protein in any dish.

How Is It Made?

Yellow peas and broad beans are naturally rich in protein.

Instead of cooking and eating large portions of them on their own, their protein is gently extracted and concentrated, then formed into a dried granule called Pantry Protein that works in familiar recipes.

Pantry Protein is produced in a fully registered FDA facility that complies with FSMA preventive controls and follows current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

It’s manufactured in a GFSI-recognized facility with SQF Level 3 certification; the highest standard for food safety and quality.

INGREDIENTS

Pantry Protein contains only 3 ingredients. It's free from soy, nuts, dairy and 8 other top allergens.

Yellow peas and broad beans are packed with protein, but you’d have to cook and eat a large serving of both to get the same protein found in one serving of Pantry Protein.

By gently extracting and concentrating the protein from these legumes, Pantry Protein delivers that same plant-based protein in the recipes you already know.

Broad Beans (Fava Beans)

Naturally high in plant protein, broad beans provide a dense, balanced source of nutrition. To make Pantry Protein, these beans protein strands are concentrated and weaved with yellow pea protein and turned into small granules that blend easily into meals.

Yellow Peas

Yellow peas are naturally protein-rich legumes. Their protein strands are concentrated and mixed with the broad beans to create a neutral base that absorbs the flavors of whatever you cook.

Salt

A dash of salt helps balance the natural flavor of the legumes and keeps the granules tasteless and neutral, so it integrates smoothly into both savory and sweet recipes.
